Making Egg Bread
Eggs and Milk
In bread maker pan add 3/4 cup milk and two large eggs.
Butter
Add 1 and 1/2 TBS butter.
Flour
Sift 3 cups of all purpose flower.
Salt
Add 1 tea spoon of salt.
Sugar
Add two tablespoons of sugar.
Yeast
Add two teaspoons of fast acting yeast.
Make...
Place pan in bread maker and set to make dough.
Making...
Rise
Devide dough into 3 parts and make three ropes of equil lenght and width. Braid and place onto greased, pre warmed oven. with a pan of water in the bottom to keep it moist. let rise for one hour.
Risen
Once it has risen trun oven to four hundres degrees celcius. Bake for 20 min spraying with water three times during the bake to ensure a nice soft crust
